Iphone 5

Dont waste your money to buy a new phone yet. Besides you have ah iphone 4. Iphone 4 is a bit quite fast too. If you look the comparison of the two, iphone 5 is a little bit fast only. But iphone 5 have new features. If you have lots of money, why not to buy it :D

Wait until his contact runs out and then he can buy it. It will have lite available and is faster. However if he still has a lot of months available on his present iphone, then he should wait until maybe the iphone 5s or iphone 6 is available. For me, the length of contact is the major favor so he does not have to pay a penalty.
