Push ups and pale lifting

I've started trying push ups and pale lifting I'm doing 20 - 30 of it every morning for a week now and I think I will be doing this for many months I will see if their will be a change in me. I really need an excercise to try to gain mass in body.

Hey great to hear that u are involved in push ups and all to tone up your body. in fact they not only help u tone your body but are also useful in keeping u fresh and healthy. U should continue to do this every day and i am sure u will see changes very soon happening in your life. All the best! What say?
