At the NFL Kickoff game between the Cowboys and Giants, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was seen handing his glasses to his son-in-law to wipe. This picture got so much coverage the SIL decided to market "Jerry Jones Wipes." The suckers sold out in one day. You decide, brilliant business idea or stupid consumers?

I have no idea, the sometimes a well thought campaign, does not work, yet there have been times when something like this just becomes very popular. The advantage of these fades is they disappear as quickly as they appear normally.

Good point. It might just be the novelty of it but in another month no one will buy one. The money made does to go charity at least.

A friend mentioned the other day something that I had forgotten, how those foam fingers they have at games ,were also a fad, that did not go away so who knows what will stick around.

Oh just wonderful. I despise those darn fool foam fingers. Not as bad as cheeseheads, but almost.

Hello Marylinkind I graduated college with honors in Marketing, and in the last 17 years I´ve been working volunteer and I have my own business. I would prefer brilliant business ideas of course. But as you know there is people that doesn´t like to do volunteering. You know it depends on people values. And this world prefers money than values!. But we must not be afraid, we must be brave to have real values. Blessing... merylinkid
