Higher subsidy fuel oil (BBM) to make the government regulate fuel consumption, one of them by banning the use of subsidized fuel (premium) for official cars owned by the central government, local government, State Owned Enterprises and Regional-Owned Enterprises. Gradually, the government also limit the use of the premium for private cars. But apparently high price of non-subsidized fuel to make the switch to premium. Ironically, this is also done by the owners of luxury cars, cars and even government agencies are supposed to be a pilot program subsidized fuel restriction. This was disclosed by the Director of Fuel Downstream Regulatory Body Oil and Gas (petrol BPH Migas), Djoko Siswanto. "There is such a car from the Ministry of Defence, unmarked military and police agencies.
