I just found out a few weeks ago that i suffer from Migraine headaches...I was admitted to a hospital prior to being diagnosed for my migraine since my headaches was ongoing for three days straight..It made me feel nauseous all the time so i barely ate anything and i didn't want to do anything..My first half of my head was throbbing, it started from the inside of my eye socket down my neck..I wonder if migraines are the worst headaches you can get..what are your experiences from this kind of ailment.. What i found out though from one of the nurses, was one of the first signs of migraine was when children used to get car sick ..I experienced it when i was little then it went away for at least 20 years, although i got "regular headaches" from time to time.. vanessa

i was doing fine until something triggered it i think..I used to eat a lot of bacon also.. I knew a woman also gets migraine and was told her by her doctor that she needs to cut back on pork because it was the cause of her terrible migraines... What triggers your migraine and what do you do to solve it..
