Our health in our hands only so everyone should cultivate the habbit like take fruits And fruits are rich in vitamins and Vitamin c is rich in citrus fruits And most preferable is apple. Doctor's says take one apple in a days it keeps our body healthy so enjoy the taste of apple And l love apples Happy my lot

Not only apples, you can also take blueberries, also strawberries for antioxidants and don't forget about vegetables...There are so much vegetables which rich in nutrients and vitamins, also fiber for your health. Don't forget varieties are the key here. Always eat many kinds of fruits and vegetables ;D

Apple is good ,but there is not so much Vitamin C contained in the apple . 5 apples are just up to the standard of the everyday demand of Vc for adult. Comtaining rich fibrin, pectin and tannic acid is the main nutritional value of it.
