Does Webmoney allow you to withdraw the money on your bank account? Do they have any registration fees or something like that?

no, they don't have their fee, but you will need to pay fees to exchanger. e-forexgold exchanger I am using charges 5% for WMZ withdrawal

There's no registration fees. And about withdrawal, you can see the detail here: http://www.wmtransfer.com/eng/withdrawfunds/index.shtml In my own experience, I've done several transactions with local exchangers. It's fast and reliable though, so I've never done any other ways.
