All you have to do is install some extension then they will allow you to invest your time to view other people's site. Once you did that you will gain credits and with those credits you get free traffic.
Your sites alexa traffic rank will increase doing these but unfortunately the rules to get credits is that you have to run your pc and internet for 24 hours or they will delete your account.
I haven't tried that site but maybe it might bring lots of visitors to your site for free?

I think it would not be very much effective as nobody would be able to fulfill the demands of the said site to run one's computer and internet for 24 hours. So, it is an absurd offer.

some month ago, I tried traffic exchange but i hated it..
I used it for new referral but the time that you spend to earn points to convert in traffic it's too much.
