Just because a person is famous should we hunt her or him and make their life miserable.Should a photographer snoop behind them and take their private moments of joy without their consent and publish it.Have they no right for privacy? If Kate Middleton was the photographers sister, will he do this atrocious crime to get paid?Whether a person is a pauper or a prince,he has his right of privacy. What do you think about celebrity privacy?Should they be prisoners of their position?

Fame is something that is very dangerous for an individual. Fame makes a person as a public owned indirectly. Whatever they're doing and thinking will be talked around the corner although they did not expect a response from others. The target of the photographers was one of "punishment" that must be borne by a them. photographer who follow them will not see the boundaries between private and public thing, all for the sake of news and sensations that can provide substantial income to them. It is unfortunate indeed if the private lives of famous people are exposed by the media because it does not really affect the personal lives of others, except the fotographer, but mass media looking for news to keep them survive.

I would really agree with the celebrities here. They are also humans who have had bad moods and who have had a bad day so i think it is pretty normal that they cannot smile every time and act as if their lives are perfect just because they are celebrities. Most especially of course if they are not in public and these paparazzi are just on their necks trying to capture everything they could just so they have a scoop, or something related to that - and all for the money and sales of photos, etc. Everyone does have the right to privacy, even the celebrities because they do have lives as well outside their work. I think that is just the least we can give them... they do deserve that respect.

Oh, they are also human beings like us. Even if they are celebrities already, it isn't right to take their photos and publish them over the net. They still need their privacy too.

Celebrities and celebrities. We all like to learn something about our favourite singer, but a prince or queen? I am against this "hunt". They have a life of their own. Unfortunately it seems to sell, so if money is involved it will go on.

Hey thanks a ton for this lovely discussion. Well i would like to say that celebrities private lives are no longer private thanks to the way photographers are doing their jobs. Recently the way Prince Harry and Kate private photos were leaked, that says it all. Celebrities try a lot to entertain us and what are v doing to them. We are defaming them at every stage by circulating their private lives on net and making them infamous. What say?

I think you are too babyhood. Could you tell me that why he is a prince, but you are only an average man. He is a prince, he has great powers and then you are an average man, you have privacy. It is fair. He has never done anything but he was born as a prince. He need to shoulder some burden as a prince. First of all, he should be responsible for his behavior, he is a prince, not a average man! He represents Great Britain, but he only wants to play more happy! And you want to put yourself as a righteous man. hah...I feel so ashamed of you.

why do we act prejudiced?Whether he is prince or not, that doesn't give authority to behave badly to him.A average man can also be a gentleman, when we think and behave without prejudice or jealousy. As average man no photographer will take our private moments due to lack of money from our photograph.Let us not judge anybody and pass comments to hurt them because of their position or birth..

People should definitely have their privacy and they have every right to it. But, it is a fact of life that there are people who snoop on others especially the rich and famous. And those who are in the public spotlight because of their status should be mindful of how they behave even when they think they have privacy.

I think that everybody should be able to do anything they like without having photographs taken of them. The fact is that this poor girl was on a private balcony, and not even in a place where anybody else could see with the use of the special camera that was used by this photographer. I don't think that it's fair that she has been treated like this, as she is just trying to do her best for the country that she is leading, and she has not had things made any easier for her by those people who just don't seem to be able to leave her alone to get on with her private life when she is not on duty.

I think once you are a celebrity, then you are public figure for them to admire, emulate, scrutinize, etc. As celebrities, they should have personal time or lives of their own, but obviously with all the paparazzi around, getting a snap shot of intimate or private moments would surely create public interest.

that is part of being a celebrity especially if you're too famous..also that is the job of a paparazzi, they hunt celebrities wherever they go and whatever they do, just to publish it to the public and in order to earn money. also, what the photographers did to kate middleton recently is really crazy, especially publishing those photos and making it a cover of a magazine. as much as they want this privacy, they cannot really have it, photographer will keep on following and hunting them and take pics and sell them.

Everyone in showbusiness has no privacy argh it hurts them coz they do no harm and the people are wasting their time to paparazzi's and others so that they just make money in it.The artists should be careful about it.

I'm sorry, but that's just the price of fame. If they don't like it,they should get out, they are there to entertain us. However,I do believe in human rights,so maybe there should be made a special right for celebrities,i mean papparazi, isn't it like a fancy word for stalker?
