When you don't grease the pan the inner part will most likely stick on it but apart form this, the cake would be okay and besides if it is pyrex pan I know it won't be that bad. I also do tend to forget small but important things of that sort when baking or cooking. Sometimes, I'd forget adding vanilla flavor, or some small ingredients.

yes, pyrex is quite forgiving! it wasnt too bad just a bit crumbly. the thing i usually forget for small things is baking powder, terrible. but a couple weeks ago i tried to make lemon squares and forgot flour in the lemon half..... thrown out lol and yet i still bake.

Hahaha! How would a cake without baking powder rise? And your lemon square??? That's the height of forgetfulness...imagine forgetting about the floor. That is so funny. Hahahaha

ohh i know the baking powder cakes so awful. though once i made one when i was 13 and my dad ate it..... he eats anything. lol lemon squares were a big pan and quite the mess to clean up after that mistake!!

Should be fine but might be a nightmare to clean afterwards.
