What is the most efficient ways to look for a job?

There are lots of way to look for a job.You can look for a job through the newspaper,through the internet and through friends.But what do you think is the most efficient way?For me,I think friends is the most efficient way because sometimes they are employed in some companies and they will tell you that there are opening there.But I always look for a job through the internet because it is so convenient.How about you guys?

I think the most effective way is from friend or relatives, since they are also served as your references for the company that you applied for, chance you'll get accepted higher than if you know it from newspaper or online.

Hi blinjk! If you are just starting to find job, you can try everything. Aside from what you have said, you can also go directly to the company and inquire if they have vacancies available.
As for me since I already have a permanent job, I would look for jobs online.
