For me, Home is the place where you can be yourself without any hindrance and with lots of people whom you love and want to share your life with :) it is not just one particular spot but can be a whole place as well :)

Home is a place where one can feel safe and loved by the people around him/her. You don't have to constantly look over your shoulder or watch your back for something you might feel betrayed. In order to make a home, the people on it should have an understanding that they have to look out for each other and not go against each other.

Hi there Angelpink,
With reference to your topic, well, home for me is where my family. But that was before, when my ideas and concept were still accepted by my family. When I was still appreciated by my family members. When I was still have the voice to say and a voice to be hear by them. Hence, now, its not anymore. After so many changes, after so many disputes that happens, I can't consider my family my home. It is really a sad story to hear but, I guess, I need to leave them very very soon. As I am not getting any good at all. To tell you honestly, I am just staying with my family at home because I do not have my own home yet. But if I will be given a chance, I would rather live alone to find my peace.

Friend this breaks my heart , i know you are telling the truth . I can feel your pain. Yes this is such a sad reality , wherein the place whom you considered as your protector and as your refuge can't act as one. It turns to be a destructive place , a curse place ,where you can not find peace nor love but all hatred is in the air. That action of going out might be good , so you can find yourself and that peace . But before you can find that peace and happiness , it is required for you to forgive yourself and forgive them. For now things have to be like this , as the time moves all will be healed , relationships will be healed too! Believe me , someday they will reach to you and by that you are also healed. be happy for now..God bless you , all the best !

Home is where you can enjoy doing and sharing anything with your family. it is where you could feel safe and relax completely. It's neither the grandeur nor the set up that determines a home but the love and care for each other of the people who live there.

In the words of Pliny the Elder, "home is where the heart is". For me, this quote resembles my interpretation of how I think of home. Home is somewhere I truly belong and not having to worry about others judging me. Many people also believe home is where family resides, which is very understandable. My home is the sanctuary of where I can ease my stress received from work or any other responsibilities. If not my own household, I also consider my local book store or the library as my other sanctuaries. I often feel relaxed when I am in quiet places with lots of books.

I love that quote ! Home is the sanctuary of love and happiness . This is a place where we can feel secure , protected and being owned. This is a place where we can find our identity . To some this is the very reason for everything to them .
