I just love Oxfam Unwrapped. It's a charity donation where you can buy unique "gifts." You are actually making a symbolic donation for that item, but the money goes to a good cause. For instance, $12 buys enough manure for a farmer to fertilize his field. Or $12 buys 20 pounds of soap so kids can get clean which prevents diseases. Lot of other cool things too.
Anyone know of any other similar sites? Do you donate through them?

Oxfam is the charity. It's just their way of getting donations. Showing people what their work is. The donations go to fund projects like helping farmers produce more crops. Or disease prevention. You aren't really buying manure or soap.
