Do you still have the rhythm to move with the music?

I still have the rhythm, lol! My son was watching a youtube MTV with a very hip hop tune and as I was watching him, he was jerking his head and moving with the music. I realized he was enjoying the rhythm, and before i know it my hands were moving and my feet swaying with the rhythm of the music, and when my son saw me, he was hysterically laughing as he stated i looked silly dancing with that kind of music, lol! How about do you?

I say, if the body wants to move, let it move! :D Age does not have to be a restriction. Dancing makes us feel good and no matter how young or old we are, if we want to sway, give in, and dance to the rhythm of any music, i say go ahead! :D

I would definitely agree! Such episodes would really help your body in terms of good blood circulation as a form of exercise, burning fats, lol! I'm no dancer, but surely moving the body in synchronicity with the beat of the music is a good sensational feeling.

Hahaha. That's funny. I sometimes do that too, I tap my fingers or feet sometimes not knowing. But I can't dance completely because I know I look awkward and funny.

I really look like a fool when i'm doing it, lol! My son was laughing hysterically to my moves (actually the mush potato steps of the 70's) and we really had a grand time that very moment. I would have to admit, i still do have the groove, ooh lala, lol!

Happy feet, mine would be loosened feet, lol! The fun part is to enjoy the moment that your body moves with the flow of the beat, right? I guess that is one way of exercise and not really being considered old, lol!

Yes, same here. Unconsciously just automatically moving after listening to the beat, lol! Well, probably the rhythm goes into the blood circulation and causes us involuntarily move and feeling good about it, lol!
