adicted to shopping

when I was younger I didn't really care about clothes. I would put a pair of jeans on and a t-shirt and go out. now I"m really more careful with the way I dress. whenever I have some extra-money I go shopping. it's like a therapy. when I"m sad I go shopping. when I'm happy I go shopping. I'm scared I'll become one of those shopping addicts that spend their life in stores

I guess you can control your urge shopping. If you will tell yourself that you won't need any new clothes, then I guess you can postpone buying for some time. I only buy new things for special occasion. I don't want to get addicted. LOL. Maybe you may consider watching the movie "confessions of a shopaholic." It's worth watching.

i think im also addicted to shopping. everytime i get paid i really want to get out and spend it. its usually on things i need but it makes me happy. when i dont have money im counting down the days and while im good at saving for specific needs i have no problem making impulse purchases, pretty much to make me happy.
but dont we all want more, more money so we could have that thing or this thing..

I am a person that never like wearing the same clothes too regular . I shop almost every 2 weeks , I have some clothes that only got worn once . When I feel the blues shopping relax me really lift my mood , my boyfriend say he always like to see the look on my face when I buy something new lol I didnt know I had a look

Thankfully I'm not addicted to shopping at all. I only buy what I need. If I need a new outfit for a special occasion then I go shopping, and hating every bit of it. I'm not a typical female by any means. My daughters love to shop but also not addicted but they love shoes like crazy. I don't know where it comes from not me for sure.
If you know you might have a problem that is half of the problem solved. Now you have to bucket down and do something about it. Limiting yourself to once every two months. Not spending every dime you have and maybe try to save the money for a rainy day.

Well great to hear about u loving to shop just like me. i am also a shopaholic and i find it interesting to do lots of shopping for myself and whenever i find time and have money in my hand, i make it a point to do shopping and get good latest outfits for myself. Yes we need to be conscious of our fashion sense so as to look unique and special among the people.
