How do you find Adam Levine as a coach on the hit reality show The Voice?

I have never seen this show before, now have I heard of the other coaches. Maybe, you are right, but they probably want numerous opinions, and ways to complete a note, or task.

If you are talking flexibility in handling music and genres I would have Cee-lo also tends to do it nicely. However, I would say that I do like Adam as one of the best coaches on there. Adam seems to actually be working to find like minded artists and ones that he can actually coach regardless of genre. The other coaches seem to go more towards comfort zones than Adam does, like Cee-lo tends to go for those that are different in their approach, Christina goes with (or ends up with) power singers, and Blake ends up with soft spoken or country singers. Adam is more into finding the talent I believe and listening for different voices. I think he is more passionate one about helping struggling artists with his Achilles' heel being that he seems to only truly connect with artists that have been kicked down or rejected like he has in his musical past.
