Today is my father-in-law's bday... who would cook for him?

My father in law always do the cooking for us. Now that it is his bday, the problem is who will do the cooking. I supposed that we planned to eat out as no one is good with cooking, but my hard-headed sister in law made the marketing yesterday and planned the menu. Now, my father-in-law was up early because he started preparing things and will do the cooking. Birthdays should be a day-off of what we usually do or to enjoy the day, while the family is preparing something great for you. I hope I have a voice in the family to do that, but even my mother in law and my husband is usually silent when her sister decides as he knows that she wants to control things.

It seems we all have a very controlling person in our family don't we? I think it should be up to the birthday person wether they want to cook or not. Happy birthday to your FIL by the way. What did he end up making for you all?
