Good eve fellow mylotters. Just got home from work. Just a bit earlier than the usual because there are no much traffic along the road. When I arrived at the house, I heard that my niece is crying. I go to her to know why. My mom told me that her tooth was aching. She keep crying and telling that she wanted to go to the dentist to remove the aching tooth cause it really hurt. I feel hurt and sad cause it really aching terribly that make her cry. I hope that the ache and pain will go away fast so they could go to the dentist immediately. It is really painful to see that kids suffers from pain and ache.

Hello there Ardoy. It's good that you were able to go home a bit earlier this evening. It's good that there was no much traffic too. Oh, the only bad thing was when your niece was crying in pain due to toothache. I could also relate with that one because when I was still a kid, I also experienced it and I know how terrible it could cause people suffering from it. I think you're right in what you've said. When we see some kids who are really crying due to the pain that they are feeling, it's like we can also feel their pain. When my nephew was younger, I think he loved eating some chocolate biscuits and cookies. He was also into drinking a lot of chocolate drinks. Due to his habit of eating and drinking those, he sometimes suffered from having terrible toothaches. There were times that he really wept so loudly due to the extreme pain that he was feeling that time. As his aunt, I was really concerned about what he was going through. I tried my best to comfort him that time. It was good that my sister and brother-in-law were able to let him take some medicine so he would feel better. I really don't like to see that young nephew of mine suffering and crying because of pain. I think I would be thinking of him before I could sleep at night hoping that he would feel a lot better the next day. I hope your niece would already feel better tomorrow so she wouldn't cry anymore and all of you there would be worry-free. I hope the pain she was feeling awhile ago would already go away so she would be ready to face the dentist as soon as possible. Anyway, may you sleep very well and happy myLotting to you. :)

Poor little child. Maybe your niece can take a medicine for pain for a while or try to brush the child's teeth and gargle with warm salted water. It's really hard to see the small ones who are in pain especially if it's your child. I always panic everytime my son has a fever or an asthma attack.

Well asthma attack is really so worrying. When I got home from work today, it seems that the pain and ache was gone cause she is already playing with his brother as if nothing happened last night. Back to normal again for her.

Awww, that's so sad and gives me the goosebumps. There is nothing worse than a toothache, especially for kids. How old is your niece? I hope she is able to go to the dentist and have it taken care of. And yes, it's very painful to see children suffering. I remember when my kids were little and they were sick or had the flu, I wished it was me instead of them. Hope all is well for your niece soon!

For your niece, I would suggest drinking some pain reliever pills and try avoid solid foods. When I was younger, my mother used to give me pudding or apple sauce for tooth aches, which surprisingly soothed my pain. While there was still some pain, the pain was lessened. But you might want to let your niece get small doses because I do not know what is specifically causing the pain; giving her pudding or apple sauce might worsen the pain. If it does, it might be best maybe not to feed her those foods. But I still would suggest avoid solid foods. For me, my tooth aches were from cavities received from eating too many sweets. I remember eating a lot of tootsie rolls as a kid.

oh. I am so sorry to hear about your niece's situation. I hope the pain will relieve. I'm not sure but I think you could give her a pain killer, but if she's too young I don't advise you to do that. My niece suffers from fever too just today. My brother already had her checked up and the doctor prescribed her some meds. I hope our nieces will be okay soon.

It is really more painful for parents when their kids are suffering from any kinds of pain especially when they can't do anything to do to ease the pain. She keep crying till she fall asleep. She was still sleeping when I leave the house,I do hope that ache was already gone so that they could see a dentist later.

Pain is always a bad issue in our body and mind. In this exact moment, writing this, I have a so terrible pain in one my last wisdom teeth, it started to hurt me in the afternoon today, but by know I just cant figure out what will I do to get sleep. I feel bad, because this is not good, and does not feels good at all for a man like me, and this give us something to think about, in the case of little child suffering with so terrible pain. When they donĀ“t even know why it is hurting or when will stop. We must pray to God, asking for help, just for all children around the world and ourselves too.
