cosmic rays from Mars

Well i too have heard about the cosmic rays entering the earth in large numbers due to which we need to switch off our cell phones during the night hours. I do not have idea how true these rumors are but we should try to investigate on this before we can take any full proof action. Cosmic rays are very harmful radiations and efforts should be taken to avoid coming in contact with them . What say?

If that is really true that mars sends us some transmissions of cosmic signals,then we are not understanding it,sorry to say,even we hear it,it could be very difficult to decipher their style of communication because in my own understanding they could send those signals to us effectively,but we have no means how to understand it as they are also hearing our signals.It is very impossible we have the same language style as they are because it could be just signals.
