hello everybody! How are you?! I hope u r all fine! Now, let me talk about the main idea. I wanna be webmaster, I wanna learn about them! I wanna learn making sites, software programs and e.t.c where do u suggest to start from?!

Welcome to mylot. Much depends on your qualification. Also you must contact a training institute in your place which can coach you in this regard. making websites, software programs etc. ideal option will be to undergo training and/or contact people who are in the same line and seek their guidance. Of course you can learn the theory/basic through internet.
