Having issues with my LED light on webcam help

I have an ACER Aspire 5560 and the led light on the webcam usually comes on whenever I use the ACER Crystal built in webcam. All of a sudden it is not turning on anymore and I tried to trash and reinstall the ACER Crystal webcam software but that didn't help. Help me please. Thanks
