Does the myLot website load slowly for you?

I live in Australia and have a cable internet connection, and find that the myLot website is very slow to respond. I don't have this problem with any other major websites, they load instantly. Does anyone else have this problem?

I live in Italy and have a DSL internet connection (1280/256). Sometimes Mylot website is very slow, but usually it's ok for me.

Yes, sometimes it's ok for me too. But at other times it can be frustratingly slow.

I have cable internet too and have a pretty powerful computer, but I noticed that the larger the site and the more discussions, the pages are harder to load. So, it's definitely not only you.

Thank you. Some people here say it is fast which had me worried. It's nice to know I'm not the only one experiencing a slow website. But it would be better for all of us if they improved their server speed.

G'day, i'm in Melbourne, I find I can't seem to post quicker than 20 secs where others can post in 1 sec, by which time I'm already on page 6, lol, I had a whinge on here the other night! Not that it got me anywhere. Anyways have fun and good luck!

yeah sometimes it does...even though there is a fast internet connection here at work..maybe due to the high volume of users that are online everyday :)

I guess so, but 40000+ users really is not a lot compared to some websites. I think they need faster servers.

I agree. It was annoying for me today a few times when the page didn't refresh at all. Just a blank screen.

yes, it is slow, when I first came here, it's very fast. but with the growing members, mylot sometimes could hardly be visited. perhaps the staff keeps trying ways to speed mylot, because I found occasionally it seems faster, maybe tthe staff should buy more servers.

The more I use the site, the more I have noticed the fluctuations. Sometimes it's unbearably slow, and other times it's quite good.

I agree it does download slowly at times. I think it depends on the time of the day when there are more people on it. They did an upgrade a few days ago and it was attrocious. Not as bad recently though.

sometime it is slow, and some time it is a little faster. it may determined to your webline and the number of people online at the same time
