i'm really surprised that she came. every time we've invited her, she's always came up with excuses not to come. i was surprised that she finally came up. of course, she can't go five minutes without talking about the youngest grandchild. so hopefully, tomorrow will go better. she's going to teach my daughter to make shrimp scampi. i look forward to that!

I miss my mom. You see ever since i got married i seldomly see my parents. Me and my family live near the main city and my parents live at the province. It's like 6 hrs drive or more. Plus my mom has this mini store there so she can' t actually visit us whenever she wants so what we do is that i make sure to visit them instead whenever my son doesn't hace class. We spent our vacation there for like weeks or a month even.
It's nice that your mom could visit you and spen time with your kids. Have fun!
