Some Great Food For Losing Weight!

I have been dieting pretty excessively lately and I know that it's sometimes hard to find foods that are low in fat and in calories that keep life interesting when dieting. One of my main problems is that when I get bored with the same foods over and over I want variety and it always ends up being something bad for me! Check out this list and let me know if you've made any of these in an interesting way! I've already lost 40lbs and I'm about halfway to my goal weight! Been at it since about July of this year. Spaghetti Squash Asparagus Snap Peas Apples Shredded Carrots Zucchini Eggplant Acorn Squash Pumpkin Cabbage

Losing weight is almost always a losing proposal to everyone including me. My goal now is just to maintain my weight through proper diet and exercise. At the moment I'm into eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and lot of exercise. Nice to know you've lost 40lbs. My wish is just to lose half of that. Cheers!

update, i downloaded a calorie counter app to track my eating eeeeeek its 617 pm and have lessthan 300 calories left but did eat a good dinner it really is eye opening to see how much you eat and stop your self whenyou know your calories are gettng low!

dieting is not the solution for losing weight . iam also enjoy to eat different variety in non veg but ican also burn my calories by doing walk .I think that you by walking is the best thing to lose weight . you can started with your friend walk side by side talking in anytime for 15min . starting and then you can expand your time . sure this would help .

I do myself to create my launch or my dinner. Try to combine many food with low fat and high protein.

When Im trying to shed off some pounds, these are what's in my weekly meal plan: * boiled eggs * banana * oats Just those three and they're effective!

I think dieting and exercises helps for weight reduction. I have also heard that some fruits and vegetables helps for weight loss. It is always good to take fruits salads and vegetable salads.
