Whats the difference between Post Content and Offline?

Offline content means you created your content in a offline base program like MS word while the Post content is the actual or real time posting like directly on your blog. the difference is that and offline content is like a book you write first before you publish while on the other side post content are content that are already on the net and can be still edited.

I think offline means to browse when there is no internet. I think most probably post content means to look at the saving content. I am not really sure about it.
