I know what you mean about getting irritated with these pest!
We just moved to a townhouse that we are sharing and on the upper floor where our bedrooms are is a bunch of ants.They are small baby like ants....but they never seem to grow,which is alright with me.And they only stay on the floor.
They never get on the furniture,walls or bathroom counters.Strange!
On the window screens of the backside of the house,where my bedroom is and on the main level where the kitchen is on warm weather days I find stink bugs.And if I hit the screen to make them fly away they return with company!
The other day I had 18 of them annoying things on the 2 windows in my bedroom alone!
I am sorry I do not know a home remedy for you to rid of your flies.But,I do hope you find one.

well what we used to do back at home is make lather of soap water. Let the bubbles like a mountain in the pot or whatever you are using. So when the flies sit in the lather, they will get stuck. Maybe you can try this one.. I know it might sound crazy but it did help when we used to do it. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.
