primary health centre and sub-centre

Thanks for putting up this discussion. Well primary health centers mostly covers the urban areas where they have advanced doctors and facilities for their patients. On the other hand, the sub centers are the ones that have been deliberately created for the well being of the rural people and to maintain a good health rate among them. It generally caters the health of the rural people. What say?
