Do you read the discussions you have started here earlier and enjoy?

I came here today and opened the discussions which I had started a long times back and it feels good to read the discussions again and all the answers from the different people. Sometimes new ideas come to our mind while reading such old discussions. Sometimes it happens that we may have taken some responses some other way but you get them in a better way now.

Yes there are always some responses which give you laugh, and yes I remember a discussion started earlier here in which you wrote that you call "Pakistan" to the (fill in the blank). It was funny and I also responded to that discussion. You remember people because of their responses because that is how you know their real personality.

You have given a great idea. I normally do not visit my older discussion again because it makes me nostalgic about old friends who are no longer active here and remembering them brings back all the memories and then my mind keep thinking - where are they and why can not they come again to join us.

If you create a numbers of discussions every day then it will be really difficult to remember them all and only a few very special will remain in your mind.

For me, that continues to be one of the great reasons for being a member here. I know I have learned a lot in here thru my discussions and made a lot of wonderful friends in here as well. I really could not imagine being anywhere else.

Hi sanjay, Thats a great idea to go through our old discussions since we forget all about them after a while. The other day someone left a comment for one of my discussions started 3 years ago and I had forgotten even the topic lol...It is indeed good to go through all your discussion even few at a time when you are free - all the best and enjoy your evening

LOL, thats the right way of describing it ' ancestors talking' just imagine how things and writing style has changed in just 4 -5 years...I have to seriously go through all my discussions soon since I have more unresolved discussions than resolved discussions and I keep putting it off...Enjoy your weekend

Hi, I also commented on some discussions which were started by some people 4 to 5 years back but I don't think they ever replied. I am only about one year old here so I don't have that old discussions started by me. We get the links to discussions in the similar discussions list which we can find at the right of the discussion. It contains the discussions of very old age also. If the discussions are very old then they look like as if we are watching our ancestors talking.

I am sure I would have enjoyed my weekend. I came here back after two months and when I read this discussion again, it made me smile. This is the reason that I started this discussion.

Hello, I read the older discussions, hoping that they might contain some really useful information. There are people in this world who have different minds and have different ideas so I have to explore more to know more.

Today I came across another discussion also more or less on the same lines. it is good to think about the good past. present cannot be better than the past because we are certainly older by so many years--this is for people in 50+. For youngsters of course those in 20s they may feel they are better placed health wise, monetary wise.

Thanks for the compliment Sir. I came here after two months and reading your response gave me good feeling. I think health wise we are good but older people have a lot of experience of life and they have better understanding of life than younger ones. This is the reason that they are able to rule the younger people even if they are weaker health wise.

Sometimes I will go back over some old discussions. The Mylotters aren't even here anymore that responded to my older discussions. It's fun to go back over them.

I do visit my old topic and read comments and sometimes write another reply. I also find interesting topic to discuss with from other responses. Actually, reading our own comment from our old topics made us think- do we really wrote such a comment eh? (funny, but it's true)

That is funny! I also read my own comments and then I try to recall the emotions I had in my mind while writing in that comment. It is like watching your real life in flashbacks.

if i get time, i go to the old discussions and like to respond ,which are left without, then, id remember some interesting responses, i read them again and again, because, although there are people here, who write just for earning, but there are few people, who write the responses which is very useful and can be very productive if we follow.

I came here after two months and I replied to your response because I read my old discussions. I do not come here often but when I come here I always check the old discussions where I might get some more comments or responses.
