Unfortunately it is only open to U.S and Canadian members, but if you're a resident of either country, it's a nice way to earn a bit of extra cash on the side. Minimum cashout is $10 which is equivalent to 100 opinion outpost points, if you want to do paypal, but amazon is 50 points, which is equivalent to $5. I've cashed out 4 times already via paypal. There's no referral system, I just wanted to let people know if they haven't already signed up (if eligible) or aren't fed up with survey sites already. Even if you disqualify there's a chance you can win points (by clicking no thanks at the each disqualified survey), but it's random and most of the time you won't win, but if you're lucky you will. (: If you've joined already, how much have you earned? And if anyone else has a legitimate survey site they'd like to share, I'm always open to hearing more, just PM/friend request me.
