Something going to wrong...

My mind and me haven't been being stable from last few month,though i tried different practices to make it concentrate in one but just to next moment it blew to other.I am aware the alteration is good but frequent may be worst.And tried to pull back but couldn't convince.

It is better for us to concentrate in whatever that we do so that we can achieve better results. I am not sure what you were into recently, but try and do one thing at a time. At the next moment you might just see a better achievement to what you do. keep it easy and everything will soon turns out well for you. The same thing I had experienced in the past.

hi, i think you are stressed , need to take rest and calm your mind, don't do the regular work for one or two days, just relax and you will be filled with new energy again to get back to work.

You need to learn to focus your attention on the more important thing and learn not to think of something else. Nobody can do that for your but yourself. It may take a while for you to regain your concentration. For starters, think of one simple thing. Just focus on that and then think of things associated with that. If still you think it is difficult for you to do it on your own, I suggest you go to a therapist so she will know what is causing you the distraction. Something might have happened in the past that has caused you to be this way.

Hello. You might need a little time off to relax your mind. You may be too stress. I suggest that you take a rest and do thingsthat you enjoy for a while. I hope after that, you can concentrate. All you need is a little diversion maybe. I hope this little suggestion could help. :)
