I see California is having to ration gas. It does not seem to be happening elsewhere in the US (give it time). Gas prices jumped a whole dollar over night. How are you handling it?

I am not sure why California is needing to ration gas. I am in TX and just bought gas at $3.37 a gallon. Gas has been dropping in price around here since the peak in price last July.

Something about refinery maintenance and some residual effects of the fires awhile ago. I think.

I'm from the Philippines and pump prices here are approximately $5/gallon. And prices here continue to fluctuate. I mean, one week they roll back prices say 10 cents, then in two weeks time they'd jack it up and increase it by 15 cents. We're fortunate though that rationing isn't still necessary. But if that happens, I think it's not that hard to adjust on my part. I mean, with the prices already high, I've been used to budgeting my gasoline expenses ever since :)
