Lose, gain or maintain weight?

It's been more or less 2 years since my last post here. Been busy trying to keep up with things. Anyhow, part of these busy schedules is having to join Herbalife Philippines a couple of months ago. This is my 3rd MLM company but in all fairness, I like the improvement it has brought to our health. I used to be 3kgs underweight prior to their so-called "free body & weight analysis". In just 2 months I was able to reach the weight that is technically proportion for my height and body built. While my mom was able to lose 6lbs. in 2-3 months. My mom used to cut down carb-intake but to no avail fails. She also tried drinking some teas and pills like Xenical which makes her day drastically inconvenient due to its poop-like effect on your undies on a random hour. Now she was able to lose weight without compromising her health. Now she's still striving to shed some more pounds hopefully in the next 1-2 months while I am now on maintaining my weight.

One of best way to lose weight is by doing one hour yoga daily morning and maintaining a balance diet.. Losing weight is a big task.. and should lose weight in a healthy manner.. Doing crash diets only gives temporary results and brings back the lost weight in notime.. So moderate eating and moderate exercising is the best way to lose those extra calories and more than losing weight, it is very good for our health..

Oh yeah. I have friends in the office who does that. I think the planking movement they do during yoga sessions does the trick to flatten flabby tummies. I also know someone who does meal diet and turns moody because of inadequate food intake. So the point here is, we can't really deprive those people from eating especially if that is how they have been for years. So what they need something that will make them full for a longer period of time making them eat less.

Hey glad to know that u have gained weight of late and u are happy about it. It is always preferable to either loose or gain weight by natural means and not by artificial means. Natural ways means could in could doing exercises, staying on a perfect diet, etc. Artificial means might look good from outside but it might have side effects in the long run unlike natural means of weight gain and loss. What say?

Mylot is acting weird. I replied to you yesterday. Anyways, the product itself is all organic, nothing synthetic. The nutritional shake that we drink is made from soy protein which is low in calories. For weight loss, you replace 2 meals a day with this shake. For weight gain, you drink it every after meal. For maintain weight, drink it once a day. So the simple logic is: less calories less weight and vice versa.

You really don't have to pay for anything to help you to lose weight. The only thing that you have to do is to make sure that you are eating a little less and exercising a little more and then you are sure to be able to lose the weight that you're aiming to. It might help for you to write down everything that you eat in an average week and from that you should be able to see trends that you can spot and try to remove from your diet. You should also try walking to some places instead of driving, and I think that things like this might help you lose the weight as well.
