Infomercial items does it work?

Wake up on Sunday morning, turn on the TV, and do I see? Infomercial. More than a dozen TVs are showing infomercial, from fitness, cleaning and kitchen tools, to books. Just wonders if all these infomercials, are they really work as they promise? On TV they seems to do just about anything impossible. Vaccum cleaners that can pick up everything, fitness equipment to make your abs flat or loose so many pounds. Do most of these items work as promised?
