Broken Body Clock

I have a badly broken body clock. :( I'm awake during the night and I sleep throughout the day. It has been like this for quite a while now, 2 years (probably more) when I look back. I used to be able to turn it back to how it should be easily, but now I just have a really hard time. Sometimes when I do get to turn it back around, I find myself waking up after every hour at night and end up with a bad sleep so I just sleep in late 'til noon. I work from home and my schedule is very flexible which is why I have no other external motivation to set my body clock back to normal. Who else has sleep problems like me? How do you deal with it?

Oh yeah some people they say are like bats. .. I used to sleep late like 3am or 4 am but I want to change it cos all my day is ruined the following day. So I have slowly slowly started to sleep by 1am now and then I will make it even earlier than that because i really wanna wake up early. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

That's happened to me before too. Did you ever work 3rd shift? That was my problems, I worked 3rd shift for a few months and after I went off of it I couldn't sleep for crap at night. I would be up until 5 or 6 in the morning and then sleep until 1 or 2. One day I didn't let myself go to sleep and I bought some Sominex (you don't need a prescription) and I took it around 8pm after being up since 2pm the previous day so I would be tired and I went to sleep at 9 and didn't wake up until 6 the next morning. I did that for a week or so and since then I've been on schedule. I hated when I had my days and nights mixed up, I like to be up and starting my day no later than 9am and sleeping until 1 or 2 was just unacceptable for me. Good Luck! =)
