After doing some household chores that I feel that I am so tired and my back is somewhat tired also. That's why I just try to lie down and just relax and take a look on of rest. So I hope that I would be able to recover pretty well fast. Anyway I also am done with heavy work so I don't think I have anything to do tomorrow. I have finished everything today so tomorrow I can do whatever I want to do.

If your back is aching don't carry heavy stuff, it will become worst. Stretch and make yourself relax and comfortable, before you will go back to your household chores. Then work slowly...

I am so sorry. I know what a back acue is. I had back surgery some years ago but that didn`t mean that the pain stopped completly. There are days it doesn`t hurt, yet there are other days I don`t want to do a thing. Staying in bed usually makes it worse, But I haven`t found out yet what makes it better.

yes, it is normal that after working hard, our muscles in the body are hurting or aching. what i do when it happens to me is take warm shower and apply some medical cream to soothe my body pain. then, of course as you know, rest is very helpful at this time when our bodies are already complaining of strains.

I have chronic back pain... Next time when you have a lot of heavy labor to do; you should try to split the work up.. Take small breaks in between.. (you would be surprised at how much better you would feel if you took 5 mins for every hours of heavy lifting.. also bend at your knees not hump over; extremely bad for your back.. You could lift something wrong and severely injure yourself permantely.. My suggestion for the pain.. depending on the meds you already take and your current health condition, take some ibuprofen and use a heating pad on the area that hurts the most.. keep it there for 15 minutes and then take it off for an hour... then repeat.. and or take a warm to hot bath and soak.. that really does the trick. Hope you are feeling better soon.

I too feel so tired after doing household work. When I do my chores here at home, I like it to be done continously so that I can finish it rightaway. Take a good rest and relax. Lay your back straight in bed, relax and close your eyes. I hope you'll feel better in a while. =)

Hey it was pretty bad to hear about your back pain and i am sure the work pressure took a toll on your body due to which u are having back pain. Well i can understand that one cannot delay the household chores but i think u should have done them in parts so that you would not have put a lot of stress on your body. Now since u have no work tomorrow, i am expecting u to take adequate bed rest and apply some spray or balm on your back so that u will feel better. Take care. What say?
