PTP means... Paid to Promote? Wait...it's Paid to Post?

I was looking for a way on how to earn best using Paid-to-Promote links by TEs (Traffic Exchange) and PTCs (Paid-To-Click) when I stumbled upon a site with a topic similar to "PTP vs PTC". I thought the PTP it meant was what I was looking for, Paid-to-Promote. It was later that I realized, they mean Paid-To-Post. Anyways, is there anyone here in MyLot who earns in promoting? I want to know how to promote my links without having to stay in front of my computer for the whole day. Some strategies are welcome. I'm open for any ideas considering that I am running out of it now.
