Has anyone else gone to burger and not had their food their way?

Burger king prides itself on telling you that you can have it your way. Breakfast or dinner at anytime. You're the king there but that isn't really how it is, not from my experience. Has anyone ever had the angry whopper from burger king? I have. I really liked it but I'm not much of a meat person, so I asked them to take the angry whopper ingredients and just put it on chicken and they said they couldn't do it. I'm not sure why they couldn't. It would have been easy. A few weeks later they had the angry chicken sandwich. Coincidence? Maybe, but if they were planning one all along why couldn't I have one? Anyone else experience something like this?

One reason is that there probably isn't a way to price that up on the till.Also not having a go at people who work in fast food restaraunt but they aren't really insentivized to use their own intuition and aren't given the power to make even the most basic decision such as if you could have different meat.Though you have more choice than we do they don't make the claim have it your way in the uk.
