Applying for college and for SAT

I'm currently graduating from high school here in the Philippines and I'm planning to study overseas. What grade should I put in the application form Grade 10 or Grade 12 for the SAT? and what year should I fill Grade 7- 10 or Grade 9-12 in the college admission form?
