Latest Update - Smileys In Comments...

Yesterday I was commenting on a friend's status. I used a simple :) in the end and hit enter. I was amazed to see that it turned into a smiley. Exactly the way it looks like in chat boxes. I tried them out as comments in a few more status and photos and every smiley that in available in chat are now working on comments too. So this has been the latest update from FB to keep the place more attractive, or should I say addictive. Did you guys notice this yet? Have you tried it? If not, go ahead and add more fun to your comments from now. It feels nice using them. I liked them. What about you?

I have already used it there MIMO. I too have an antivirus which alerts me whenever it detects anything.But this time it has not done that. No problem.You may not use it if you are uncomfortable. To each his/her own.

I don't like using third party smileys. They are great indeed, also animated but most have some kind of a malware. Also unless your friend uses the same he/she cannot see the smileys. For e.g. the link you provided is detected as risky by McAfree. I'm sure it must be a false alarm. But many smiley sites are known to be a nuisance. Thus, I take no chances. Good day!

I used to attached also smileys and other emoticons when I always comment and right after a while ago I am shocked that it did appear as if I type in the chat box.Quite amusing.Facebook is really getting better and fascinating.I will not be wondering anymore if time comes that those profile accounts in Facebook will be personalized already like the Friendster before.

Yup. I'm sure very soon we'll see the customizing profile feature too. A simple discussion site like myLot supports it, so why not a giant social site like FB? Good day!

Me too, I was surprised to see that these smileys were already working on comments, not just on chat. These smileys add color and fun to Facebook and Im lovin' them!

that's good, thank you for the update mate. well I have never tried it but I think it's cool. I wonder what are other emoticons available on facebook using comment section. wow I can't hardly wait to use it.
