Need Android App Suggestions And A Little Information!

I own a Sony Xperia. Android version 2.3.4. Following are the list of requirements for which I need apps:-
1. Audio or Voice recorder
2. Call recorder
3. Radio or FM recorder
4. When I got this phone, almost a year back, I was unable to access my SD card. Simply because no file manager application was installed. It was my first Android, so didn't know much then. I went to the store and complained about it. One of the guys in the store had the same phone as mine. He asked me to switch on my Bluetooth. I did. He transferred ES File Explorer to my phone and installed it. Now I want to know how he did that? Is there an app to do this?

is that so? there are a log of file manager applications free in the market... you just have to go to the market and download it from there. ES File explorer is good, i have it installed but that was because i had my phone rooted. :D
My phone automatically detects the sd card, i do not need any file explorer... but you should probably just try to see if you can have your sd card reformatted instead and re-insert it back.
