Usually, when I am infornt of the computer, I opened two sites: my fb acct and mylot. These two are always up and then sometimes the rest. Since I started Mylot my fb acct is no longer my priority, it is up but I seldom look at it unless I received a private message. But today, it was just so fun. My teamleader (tl) message me on fb and said, "hey ana don't forget to like my nephew's photo." He then gave me the link, actually it's been posted also on my wall. Of course i agreed and did like it. I also asked some of my friends who are online to like the photo and they did. We are just so happy, initially before he asked me to like it (and asked also my friends), his nephew's vote is running to 417 and the leading vote is at 480 something. After quite a while maybe like 20-30 min after I started sharing it to some friends as he is also doing to his friends, his nephew's votes went up to 491. It's just so amazing. I mean I felt so happy for him. I know he is very supportive of his nephew. He is always telling us about him. It's just so funny, he is actually watching over the votes. I am so excited for them as well..thanks to my tl, my fb acct became active after quite some time:)

I believed it's one of the criteria for you to be declared the winner. I just can't imagine how powerful social networking is right now. I remember when I was a kid, we don't have this stuffs and now everything is just so different. Social networking is just so influential..

At least your online time has been productive and put to use in helping someone else. I admit that I am not a big fan of "likes" and those who are asking to like this and that for a contest unless I am familiar with the person who is making the request. Just a personal preference.

I understand. I don't often do "liking" as well..hehe It's just so happy that you know you are a part of someone's achievement. It feels like you have achieved something as well. Helping out some friends would also show your support but just like you i really don't do it either unless a friend asked me to..:0
