Headache Caused by Lengthy Presentation

This afternoon, our director asked me and my team if we could already start with our presentation regarding the different roles of our department of the programs which the department is implementing at present. We culled out the roles from the compendium of the different programs and activities of our department and from the annual operations plan. I was assigned to give my presentation at 2pm which lasted for almost 2 ½ hours. Although my head ached after the lengthy presentation, aside from the fact that we already skipped our snacks because we cannot leave the conference room, I am still happy because I was able to make it. There really are times that we cannot help it if we were faced on this kind of situation. The pressure brought about by the fear that our work will not be approved or that it will not meet the criteria of our superiors are some of the reasons that could actually give us headaches. Well, at least I’m still glad that I was able to do my part already. Have a nice day everyone!
