how do you help a girl whose life was changed in every way by strife

how do you help a girl who was thrown from her home due to strife and terror? her name is rikiyat. she left Northern part of the country with her parents due to the murders and terrors and came to Lagos. Ever since, life has changed for her. She was forced to marry a man whom she barely knows from Adam just to help her old parents. All her hopes of completing her university education has been dashed by this strife which was caused by circumstances beyond her say and control. I wish i can help her.

Thanks a ton for the discussion. It was very bad to hear about Rikiyat whose dreams dashed like anything. There are many girls like Rikiyat who dream a lot but hardly fulfill those thanks to the circumstances around them. I know she will regret her whole life for the luck that she is bestowed upon but then that is life and she has to live with it. i hope we all could have avoided this circumstances for her.

if i had the power, i would have. she loves education but strife took her dreams away from her. the only safety she had, family and friends, were powerless in helping her so she sold herself to some rich man in lagos whom she neither loves nor needs but for his money...her parents are old, you see, and they need the money badly to survive in a new city.
