One thing a person looks at to evaluate someone elses level of hygiene is through observing his feet. These body parts for walking are always exposed to diry, sweat, fungus and other filthy things from the environment. Since our feet are hard to reach, we often neglect to clean it as efficiently compared to our hands and face. Hence, it harbors more dirt and eventually look unpleasant which makes other people question your sanitation attitude. Well, i am very particular about keeping my feet clean but I dont have the time and money to go to foot spas and the like. So, I make.my.own footspa regimen at home using natural materials. Here are some tips. 1. Warm water with moisturizing liquid soap Soak your feet to a mixture of warm water and moisturizing liquid soap. This softens the skin of your feet and also your nails makong it easy to do the filing and cleaning later. Soak for 30 minutes. 2. Baking Soda Baking soda is coarsely grained. So, it is a good exfoliant. Rub baking soda onto yout feet and scrub gently all over until skin feels smooth. Do this especially to the thick and calloused areas of your feet. After this, you can do nail trimming and filing. 3. Cool water Rinse off your feet with cool water. Sometimes I add menthol toothpaste or menthol solution to the water to make it cooler and have that fresh sensation. Also it reduces the stinging feeling of the scrubbing. 4. Virgin coconut oil Apply virgin coconut oil onto the feet after. Make sure to give gentle massagea to your feet muscles. Coconut oil helps in softening skin and locking in the needed moisture for your skin. 5. Petroleum jelly Vaseline or petroleum jelly is a good moisturizer. At night before bedtime, i apply petroleum jelly on my feet liberally and wear good fitting socks and let it stay overnight while i sleep. When you wake up, you can instantly see and feel the big difference. You will have a softer and amoother feet. When you do this regimen regularly, you will surely have that clean and beautifil feet that you can surely be proud of. And you may now wear those nice flip flops with confidence. Good luck!!!

Nice, these are good ideas! That would definitely save a bomb from a trip to the spa salon. Now, if only I can curb my laziness, I'll be set.
