Mind over matter do u agree?

A powerful mind (everybody has - only a few people use it) can cure most of the ills resultant of unhealthy mind. It requires a lot of practice to control the mind and direct the mind. To tread this path is like walking on thorns but it is not difficult. It is the will power (mind power) that can bring the desired success.
