Best way to be happy on any given day is if we can do first thing when you wake on morning Meditate atleast for a 5minutes and watch your breath and give loving kindness to all beings and start your day. This keeps you awareness for whole day and while you go for sleep in the night do the same thing and wake up fresh this pattern to be followed everyday and increase the period of meditation.

Yes happiness is the emotional state of mind and is governed with the feelings. You can say this is a type of reflex for some specific types of happenings.

I agree happiness is a state of mind, but I don't think you need to meditate to achieve it. I think if you make a conscious choice that you are going to be happy on a given day that is the start. I feel that if I allow myself to dwell on depressive things and go out with a scowl on my face then I am going to have a miserable day. If I choose to go out with a smile and look for all the good things in the day, then I will have a wonderful day! I tend to look for the good in everything and look for positives even in negatives, so I guess some people would call me a PolyAnna, but so be it!

I believe that happiness is indeed a state of mind One can choose to not see the bright side of the things happening around him, but one can also choose to stay positive and be thankful for what he has. Thank you for sharing a great tip. I am a happy person but I often forget to stop, relax and be 'aware' of the things around me. Have a nice day!

Adequate sleep can bring the good mood of the day,morning meditation can bring a day of good luck,good meditation can inspire you,bad meditation make you lazy.

happiness is to enjoy ,in my life , i think play with little children is happy .watching monvie with my best friends forever and classments is happy may be in the future i have make a boy friend , i can watch a film is very romantic and happy . never lose my innocence .happy evry day . wish you happiness forever

If you like it you can also add some yoga on it,so that you could add some healthy efforts to make you trim and have a healthy lifestyle.When you do all of these chores,then you not only enrich your health but also improves your being with God.This could be the most enhancing exercise you could ever do,with a matching meditation to guide your soul.

Meditation is a good mood stabilizer. Getting a good nights sleep is so very important to this frame of mind. Without it there is no good state of mind. To close your eyes and go to the most wonderful place you can imagine can only make a prince out of a normal slave.

of course everyone wants to be happy. I dont believe you have to meditate to be happy. If your working you should be happy. I work alot by myself and thats great and easy for me as i can come on here and be happy about that. meditation isnt the key to being happy at all everyone has there own way of being happy. People get happy with just going to the mall and shopping or maybe even grocery shopping so who knows. Everyone is different in the world and if your going to meditate to be happy then be my guest and do it but i know i coudlnt do that at all.

yes friend, its a state of mind, but controls everything, we cannot do anything ,when we are sad, and happiness helps us to overcome every sadness. Meditation is god for us, i have seen my friends who mediate , they are really healthy with aglow on their face, i tried it few times, but failed to continue. hope to start again and continue.

When you wake up don't forget to look yourself in front of the mirror and say "I'm beautiful!" It's one way to make your day full of grace and good vibes. Aside from that, always think of happy thought. Because happy thoughts will result to a happy world. :)
