I've run out of books to read...okay that would be an overstatement but recently I can't find a really good book that would be very compelling to read. The last book that I read was The Perks of Being a Wallflower - I really like it, it's almost the same pattern as Cather in the Rye, and enjoyed the whole journey of the character. Can someone recommend a book that would be interesting, it wouldn't matter if the book is classic or contemporary, but no thriller please. Thanks.

I love crime novels so Agatha Christie, I found Tolkien's Silmarillion to be amazing to but haven't finished yet, and I'm actually reading it slowly because it is so good and I can only read it for the first time once. Loving a lot!

Are you a fan of classic fiction? If so, I reccomend "Treasure Island" and "Kidnapped" to start with. They are my two favorites. I read them over again every once in awhile. "Gulliver's Travels" is a good one too. If you are a fan of mystery stories, try the Sherlock Holmes books. If you like fantasy stories, read the "Chronicles of Narnia" or the "Circle" trilogy by Ted Dekker. Happy reading!
