Plans for the weekend

Aren't you glad it's Friday (almost Friday in other parts)? That means there would be time to rest over the weekend and do whatever stuff. I love weekends because that's the only time I feel alive. 
I hate my job and it's so boring that I feel I am comatose of weekdays. (It's a good thing there's MyLot and a better thing that it's not blocked at the office! Yeay!)
My friend and I originally planned a day hike to a mountain in a nearby place and we'll travel around 4 am. But, last night, she called me and told me that our friend invited us to a later hike (same mountain) and camp out there... and this is the best part - wait for the meteor shower at night!!! Oh my!!! 
So, I'm loooooking forward to this weekend. How about you, what's your plan?

I still have to work tomorrow (Saturday) that's why I really cannot enjoy fridays. 
But tomorrow is our payday so I think we will go to the market early morning of Sunday to buy some fresh fish. I don't have good plans this weekend but bynext week, we will go out for swimming.

Tomorrow is Friday here. I will go to a nearby town and donate platelets. Then I will do a little shopping and go home. I will be at home cleaning and organizing or sewing or something on Saturday. Sunday is church. It sounds as if you will have a wonderful time hiking and seeing the meteor shower.

Wow, you have a full weekend ahead of you, too. Donating platelets. That involves taking blood from you, right?

Yes, donating platelets involves both needles and blood. They actually only keep part of my blood and give the rest back to me. It takes about two hours for the whole process because I give three units of platelets. I do not look at it, I usually watch TV, but I will watch the screen to see when the blood is going out and when they are returning it as it is several cycles in and out. Let us know how the meteor shower is.

As in put the rest of the blood back in to your body?
The meteor shower was great! We only sat for an hour before the clouds covered the sky. But I was really happy because I've been waiting for this! I counted around 15 striking meteors!

My weekend will be quite busy. I am going to work the night between Friday and Saturday and tomorrow morning when I return from work I am going to pick up the christmas magazines from the lung association that I am going to sell the next couple of weeks. Afterwards I will go to my home and sleep for a while and in the evening I will start selling the magazines. I am also going to work the night between Saturday and Sunday and in the afternoon I will visit the family from Burma. I am a voluntary language teacher and I help them with their grammar, vocabulary and pronounciation. When I return from the language lessons I will sell christmas magazines again.

That was a very busy weekend! Wow, that's nice - volunteer language teacher. I once taught ESL, too and had fun with the kids. But, it was a job, not volunteer. Hope you another busy and fun-filled weekend this coming weekend!

Yeah! I counted around 15 shooting meteorites! It was so awesome. I've been waiting for years to watch a meteor shower only to be disappointed because it's very bright in the city. The trek itself was unbelievable!

For the past three days I was totally free. The campus was closed due to some political issues. So planning was just started three days ago. Anyway I am glad to tell you that I enjoy the past three days at it's best. It is Friday and and two more free days are ahead. I hope I will have a good time with my friends. We are just planning to have a trip to wayanad but the thing is that it is not well planned.

There were some issuers with two political groups which finally reached in a fight and our collage is closed for a week. I am happy with the closing but not happy withe fight, it is my friends(not just very close but I know them) who just fight each other for something and for anything

Hi gloryacam. I am glad that today is Saturday means my husband has no work and we can able to go out this afternoon. Were planning to watch a movie with my mom and eat dinner in our favorite restaurant. And for Sunday after attending the mass were going to mall to shop some candles for All saints day since my parents are going back to the province to visit our deceased relatives to pay respect to them.

There were three separate instances when I was a lot younger that I saw shooting stars. And made a wish upon each of them. None of them came true. So this time, I just watched and had fun!

I am glad that it is Friday and I am hoping this weekend I can start working on my craft projects. On Saturday I have grocery shopping to do and then I can come home and clean house for company. On Sunday my parents are coming over for dinner and I am looking forward to seeing them. I am glad that you can still mylot at work and am sorry that you do not like your job. I am making some crafts so I can sell them online.

I always have loved the weekends. Even now that I no longer work I still look forward to the weekends. There is just something about Friday Saturday and Sunday. This weekend I am having my kids here and we will have a great time. Enjoy the weekend.

Work, work, and more work for me. My internet cafe is open late on friday and saturday nights. So weekends are very busy for me. The good thing is Im closed on sundays and take the day off. Have a great weekend there. See you here soon.

Good thing for you to enjoy this coming weekend. I am not that excited to have this weekend because I need to go to work also.My rest day is during weekdays so I would spend my weekends in the office as usual.My old classmates want me to join them on their hiking too but I have no time to go with them.

Awww... at least you still have your rest day. Sometimes I like it when I am not working on weekdays while all around me, everyone is so busy and frantic. Maybe you could go hiking with people who have the same work shifts as you.

I think I'll just chill this weekend, it's been a long week. I'll sleep late Saturday, go for a swim in the pool, then just hang out in the shopping malls. Sunday is for family, always looking forward to that :)

I'll be helping my youngest daughter prepare for her very last high school homecoming dance! She has a beautiful bright yellow dress that will look awesome with her dark hair and tan skin!
I'm also waiting for my oldest daughter to give birth to my 2nd grandchild. A girl this time! She's due on Halloween, but I think it could be any day!
