Many people still find killing as the final resort

You may heard the news about this man who shot his managers, and his co - workers, and take his life afterward. A typical daily news you heard from somewhere else. So, without surprise, we should know that at least 20% of American has mental health problem, and they normally find killing as the final resort. About this man, his manager call him in and let him go of his job, he responded with "Oh, really?" then he drew the gun from the holster, and shot his manager. Then he work out the office and start shooting other people. That is just another killing incident from different reason to kill. The end, most people just couldn't face the reality, the truth, and can't go through all that stresses. With such statistics, I might expect other people might do the same in the future too.
