Eating bananas definitely won't give you a cold, but I'm wondering....could you have a slight allergy to bananas, which may have caused the sneezing symptoms?

I don`t know if banana eating can cause allergies to some people. Allergies are very personal as every immune system is different. Yet I have only heard good things about eating bananas. Maybe you are begining to get a cold and sneezes have nothing to do with what you ate.

I would see your doctor, as you may have an allergy to bananas. I'm allergic to many foods and feel really sick, if I eat them. Right now, if I walk outside I'll be sneezing with all the lawns that were mowed yesterday.

Maybe you caught a virus outside your home and you don't know, its better to see a doctor and find out the reason. My mom was once get a virus when our neighbour house was under construction, so many bacterias and virus in the air, and mom cough a lot and sneeze and sorethroat.

I am an one who just used to eat bananas on most of the times. I just used to have them on both on evening as well as on morning time. I used to have them and this is the way how I used to get away from my hunger when I do not nothing good to eat from my home. I don't find anything such problems. I hope you can keep on having them

I don't think the sneezes and colds are outcome of eating bananas. I like and eat bananas any time of the day and had so far not experience having this after eating this fruit. Banana is full of nutrients and health benefits and an effective internal body cleanser however, if you think your discomforts are results of eating this fruit i think its best if you refer this to a nutritionist.
